Reporting

Our objective with reporting is to ensure that the data we present to you each month is easy to understand, and meaningful.

Rather than information overload, we provide you with the financial information that is relevant and important, both at the time of reporting and moving forwards. We highlight areas of opportunity and/or possible concern so that your focus can be on the aspects of your financial situation that actually need your attention.

The reports are prepared on time each month and are easy to read and understand. We include a variance analysis and a commentary on your current financial position together with projections through to the end of the year. The graphs that accompany the reports provide a quick snapshot of the current year’s income and expenditure as compared with budget and the previous year.

Your chart of accounts is based on the Ministry of Education Kiwi Park Model.
