Edtech was established in 1992 by a school principal, John Somerville. We are still led by a school principal, Paul Wright. Paul always sees things from the principal’s viewpoint. He is passionate about the best possible outcomes for the school, and for every student in the school.

We have a wealth of experience, institutional knowledge and specialist expertise, with ten chartered accountants, school administrators and payroll officers.  Our experienced principals, with many years of primary and high school leadership behind them, offer strategic advice, training and support whenever helpful. 

We are a Xero Gold Business Partner, expert in reviewing, modernising and automating school financial administration. This almost always leads to significant efficiency gains for the school. 

We work closely with all school audit firms and are proactive in representing and advocating for our schools to ensure that they are audited fairly, promptly and respectfully.
