This course covers all aspects of school budgeting. It helps Principals and Presiding Members lead a strategic budget-setting process, moving from ‘risk avoidance’ to targeted, evidence-based budgeting resulting in ongoing improvement.

Method of Delivery
A 2-hour workshop delivered in person, either face-to-face or online.
