We currently use Edtech as our ICT support contractor and I highly recommend this company. We have been with Edtech for several years and even though it is an expensive option it is well worth it. As a major player in this field Edtech are able to provide the support that school IT personnel can only dream of. Their expertise covers all manner of issues from hardware procurement and installation through to software, security etc. Quite frankly I do not know how large complex secondary schools can cope without the support of an outside company.

Edtech respond immediately to any problems, their technical advice is invaluable and I, as ICT manager, would be totally lost without it. I recommend outsourcing to Edtech and the overwhelming advantages it brings.
