Student Manager Essential Features
                   Overview: An introduction to the essential features of Student Manager that you will use on a daily basis. Ideal for users who have already had an on-site Introductory training session and would like to refresh these skills.
                     Features:
  • Configuration (Setting up new users, rights and allocating documents)
  • Setting filters (including advanced filtering, tag lists and fast text searches)
  • Edit/Add shortcut keys
  • Printing (including all aspects of User Defined Lists and creating labels)
  • Backing up
                Suitable for: Primary and Intermediate Schools
                     Duration: 2 hours
                           Cost: $120 + GST, per person

Student Manager Advanced Features
                    Overview: For confisent Student Manager users, this course will show you how to progress into the more advanced features.
                     Features:
  • Grid editing - learn how to quickly and easily identify students who fit certain criteria, check for missing data and globally enter new data
  • Word processing - creating individual and group letters
  • Creating popup files and linking to re-nameable category
  • Utilities - including famiily utilities, managing photos, exporting student data and backing up
                Suitable for: Primary and Intermediate Schools
                    Duration: 2 hours
                           Cost: $120 + GST per person

Student Manager Advanced - Secondary Schools
                    Overview: For confident Student Manager users, this course will show you how to progress into the more advanced features.
                     Features:
  • How to create your own columns in Student Manager to hold data
  • How to create customised spreadsheets
  • Create User Defined lists to display core/option data, NCEA totals
  • Use the Word processor to create a mail merge document - eg. a letter to parents confirming student's options choices for the following year
                Suitable for: Secondary Schools
                    Duration: 2 hours

Student Manager Finances
                    Overview: For users of Student Manager who are ready to move into using the financial features of the program.
                     Features:

All aspects of managing student finances including:

  • Setting up billable items
  • Receipting
  • Using reports to your best advantage
  • Creating reminder letters (statements)
                Suitable for: Primary & Intermediate Schools only
                    Duration: 2 hours
                          Cost: $120 + GST per person

Student Manager Document Design and Customisation
                   Overview: For users of Student Manager who would like to learn how to customise their existing documents, store information specific to their school and create new documents to reflect this.
                    Features:
  • Document Design including design tools, data assistant and linking of data.
  • Customisation of existing documents & column maintenance.
                Suitable for: Primary & Intermediate Schools only
                    Duration: 2.5 hours

                   Overview: For users of Student Manager who have yet to move into the pastoral features of the programme.
                    Features:
  • Configuration of the pastoral area.
  • Recording of offences, merits and support transactions.
  • Printing of pastoral lists and pre-designing of documents to automatically generate as a transaction is recorded.
               Suitable for: Primary & Intermediate Schools only
                    Duration: 2 hours
