ClassRoom Manager Administration and Data Analysis Functions
Overview:    This course is a refresher for existing ClassRoom Manager users. For senior teachers or teachers with ClassRoom Manager responsibility.

ClassRoom Manager Document Design - Reports - Secondary School
Overview:   This seminar is an introduction to document design in ClassRoom Manager.
It is useful either as a refresher course or for a new staff member who is responsible for reporting in CM.
Features:  

The following document design features will be covered:

  • The design tools. What tools to use to create your document
  • Creating a generic report
  • Creating a multi-option report
  • Creating a single subject NCEA report

ClassRoom Manager Document Design and Student Tracking - full day
Overview:   This seminar will focus on creating a Student Cumulative Profile document in ClassRoom
Manager (CM). Participants wishing to attend this seminar must have a basic knowledge of Document design in CM.
Features:  

The following aspects of CM will be covered:

  • Document design - using design tools to create your Profile document
  • Column linking - linking your document to national CM columns (e.g. PAT, asTTLE)
  • Creating your own columns to hold school specific data
  • NCEA Tracking - L1 Literacy, L1 Numeracy and Gredits gained etc
  • Creating data entry spreadsheets (GO documents) and naming conventions
