ClassRoom Manager Start of Year Procedures
Overview:    This course covers the procedures necessary to ensure a smooth start of year in ClassRoom Manager. For the staff member(s) in the school responsible for the administration side of ClassRoom Manager (particularly at the start of the year).

• Setup of new teachers
• Import/export with asTTle and NZCER

ClassRoom Manager Administration and Data Analysis Functions

   Overview:   

This course is a refresher for existing ClassRoom Manager users. For senior teachers or teachers with ClassRoom Manager responsibility.

Features:   

CMAdmin
• maintaining teacher's dossiers,
• group rights,
• backing up,
• using comment banks.
CM Teacher
• using the _GO documents,
• using formulae and conversions,
• using the column functions,
• printing
• and a brief look at the types of graphs and tables available.

ClassRoom Manager Document Design Advanced

Overview:   

This seminar will focus on creating a Student Cumulative Profile document in ClassRoom Manager (CM). Participants wishing to attend this seminar must have a basic knowledge of Document Design in CM.

Features:   

The following aspects of CM will be covered:

  • Document design – using the design tools to create your Profile document] 
  • Column linking – linking your document to National CM columns (eg PAT, asTTle) 
  • Creating your own columns to hold school specific data 
  • NCEA Tracking – L1 Literacy, L1 Numeracy and Credits gained etc 
  • Creating data entry spreadsheets (GO documents) and naming conventions

Secondary Schools only

Full-day
