Some schools don’t have in-house financial expertise. Luckily you don’t need to. We’ll sit down with you and work out how our services can fit around the level of financial expertise in your school. We’re flexible. That’s why we won’t make you fit into contract A or contract B. We'll help you set up the systems you need, then show you how to get real benefit from them. After all, it's your school.
If your circumstances change, we can too. Over time, the way we work together can change to reflect the level of financial expertise in your school. As your staff learn more they may feel comfortable taking on more responsibility while we reduce the level of support to match. Alternatively, should an experienced member of your staff leave, we can step in and increase our level of support to ensure a minimum of disruption to school accounting operations.
